• You are able to escalate incidents in time to your colleagues at Technical Support and to the developers;

• You have HBO level skills in working and thinking;
• Relevant work experience at a second-line support department;
• Control of the Dutch and English language in word and script;
• Experience with ITIL is a must;
• Experience with IT4IT is an advantage.
